Quality control and certification

For.me.sa. has a well-structured Quality Management System.
This system, which applies to all in-house processes, involves a clear definition of the areas under the responsibility of the individual company functions and consists of:
• Organisation chart and job descriptions
• Policy
• Procedures
• Operating instructions.
The company is also ISO 13485 certified with the Notified Body IMQ, a synonym of guarantee and high management standards.
In addition to the QMS and ISO 13485 certification,  it has  obtained product certification for its pessaries, class IIb medical devices for the containment of uterine prolapse, which have been For.me.sa.’s certified spearhead products for more than 20 years.
